TEAL perceives an organization as a living system open to adaptation. The wholeness principle connects the interior (Mindset & Culture) with the exterior (Behavior & Structure). In addition, there is the Intention, which gives the system a context to perceive itself from. This also means that all TEAL Capabilities are interrelated and a change in one area affects the rest of the system.
